Ace Hardware's Retail Loss Prevention team will assist you in investigating internal issues. This includes theft and embezzlement at the POS, theft of product, collusive theft between associates and customers or vendors, and any other criminal and/or unethical misconduct that results in the loss of cash, product, equipment or services. Our assistance is essentially limited to professional advice and guidance in the gathering of evidence, basic investigative progression and the actual interview process.
If an on-site visit is deemed necessary, we will provide assistance, as appropriate, in identifying an independent investigator or investigations company.
